The authors regret to report that in the original paper [1], the OR and 95% CI values of the individual level variables in Table 4 are missing. Furthermore, the OR values and 95% CI values of individual and community level variables are missing or incorrectly presented in Table 5.
The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
