Table 2 Participant characteristics

Values are expressed as means ± standard deviation, or n (%).

Going for a drink ≥ 2 times/week and drinking ≥ 7 (men) or ≥ 5 (women) glasses each time, during the past 12 months.

Either vigorous exercise for ≥ 20 minutes on ≥ 3 of the previous 7 days, or moderate exercise for ≥ 30 minutes on ≥ 5 of the previous 7 days.
